President

James Hathaway, President has extensive experience in private and public agency projects, including those for Private Owners and Public Agencies. With over 30 years’ experience in the Heavy Highway and Site construction field he has provided project management consulting services on a wide spectrum of architectural and engineering construction projects.

His experience includes project management, logistical coordination, resources planning and scheduling, providing cost analysis and budget management, as well as conducting site supervision during the construction phase to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

Lori Medeiros, CAM
Vice President

Lori Medeiros, Vice President holds both a Community Association Manager (CAM) and Real Estate Sales Associate License.   She has over 30 years of corporate business and leadership experience and her employment history includes having worked for large, small, public and private organizations within diverse industries including construction, retail, and banking.   Her experience within these organizations has included operations, administration, project management, human resources, safety, risk management, budget and financial management, vendor management, and board administration responsibilities.  Lori is also an Adjunct Professor in the Lutgert College of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU).

Ken Townsend,
SR Project Manager

Ken Townsend, Sr Project Manager has a thorough knowledge of the Construction Management processes and best practices, and for over 35 years has successfully managed public and private sector projects with aggressive schedules and tight budget restrictions, consistently exceeding client expectations. He has a thorough understanding of Building Codes and the Public Contract Code. Ken has extensive experience with Standard Bidding and Contract Management processes for public and private entities.

Karen Lussier,
Office Manager

Karen Lussier, Office Manager has a thorough knowledge of finance and contract compliance. She handles all office related duties for Spectrum Corporation including accounting, payroll and all internal/external communication.
